Castillos De la Cruç traces its roots to 1941 when Nicodemus De la Cruç built the company’s first beach villa and delivered it to President Franco's of Spain, Minister of Culture, that summer in Barcelona. Operations in the United States were launched in 1996 when the very first De la Cruç residence was remodeled and sold in Huntington Beach California. Over the years, Castillos De la Cruç has applied that same custom-like craftsmanship when building brand new homes and delivering remodeled homes all over Southern California. This has paved the way for our latest expansion during the current Texas boom and beyond. Today, 80 years later, Castillos De la Cruç still draws on this heritage as we build and remodel homes for some very important people: your family.

With the Castillos De la Cruç Lifetime Warranty, your home’s preventative maintenance will be overseen by the same experienced general contractor that built or renewed your home. Here’s how the program works:
